The Northern Ontario Expo is a registered Not for Profit organization with over 10 volunteer board members who take care of the day-to-day operations making their organization the longest running hosts for Comic-Con style events in North Eastern Ontario and are showing no signs of slowing down and only growing in popularity.

The organization has grown from a small comic book convention attracting 200 fans, into a multiple day event that attracts thousands of people from around North Eastern Ontario and beyond. They now host two Comic-Con style events each year (Timmins Con – each April) and (Timmins Expo – each September) along with their annual Halloween Kids and Adults fundraising dances each October.
